Breakfast: Honey oat and cinnamon wheat squares (I hadn't decided to start the plan yet -_-)
Lunch: A bowl of mild cheese and broccoli pasta
Tea: Half a portion of stew (Contained beef, carrots, parsnips, sweet potatoes and regular potatoes) and a cherry bakewell.
